The new-generation Land Rover Range Rover is already receiving its second tuning kit — the first one came from Lumma Design — courtesy of Hofele Design. Hofele's package has been dubbed "Royster GT 500" and updates the exterior and the engine of the SUV.

Under the hood is where we are most impressed, as the tuner added a power kit that can be applied to all the engines in the lineup and will increase their respective output by about 20 percent. For the 4.4-liter V-8 engine, for example, the final output number ends up at 410 horses and 531 pound-feet — up from the engine's standard 339 horsepower and 442 lb-ft.

On the exterior Hofele added an additional front spoiler, new designed door panels with "bubbles," and painted the front grille and the new rear apron diffuser in matte black. There is also a new exhaust system with 4-tube stainless steel tailpipes in the style of "interlaced double oval," plus a set of "Reverso II" wheels sized 9-by-20 inches and 10-by-22 inches. The tuner also installed an electric lowering module that can lower the car by up to 40 mm (1.5 inches) at speeds up to 50 mph.

For the interior, customers will get "Bi-Colour" leather in "Star-Light" design combined with lots of decorative elements.

According the Hofele, this upgrade is quick and easy to install, and requires no major modifications. It will be launched in February or March of 2013. Stay tuned for pricing!
