Ferrari 488 GTB in Maranello
To receive a world premiere in Geneva
The new Ferrari 488 GTB has been snapped during a premiere of the model in the company’s factory in Maranello.
The supercar was unveiled at the beginning of the month and is going to be presented during the Geneva Motor Show in March. Yesterday the 488 GTB received a debut at the Ferrari’s factory in Maranello with Sebastian Vettel and Sergio Marchionne attending the event.
The Italian vehicle is powered by a twin-turbo 3.9-liter V8 motor that generates 670 HP (493 kW) at 8,000 rpm and 760 Nm (560 lb-ft) of torque at 3,000 rpm. The engine is mated to an updated seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, enabling the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 3 seconds, while the 0-200 km/h (0-124 km/h) sprint takes 8.3 seconds.
