Spyker D12 Peking to Paris SUV
Will be previewed by a concept next year
Spyker introduced the D8 Peking-to-Paris concept at the 2006 Geneva Motor Show and now it appears the company is finally preparing to launch the long overdue production model.
Edmunds is reporting the company will show an updated concept, sometime next year, that closely previews the 2016 model. Little is known about the crossover, but it is described as "less extravagantly finished" than the original. However, Spyker maintains it will continue to be an exclusive high-performance vehicle.
As we have previously reported, Spyker and Zhejiang Youngman signed an agreement to build the so-called "Super Sports Utility Vehicle" last August. While the initial press release said the vehicle would be launched in 2014, it appears the introduction has been delayed to get the B6 Venator into production as soon as possible.
