1.8-liter engine with 600+ hp.

Hyundai has collaborated with California-based tuner Bisimoto Engineering for a heavily modified Elantra GT.

The power of the 1.8-liter engine has been raised to an impressive 600 hp (447 kW) by installing custom steel connecting rods, injectors, camshafts, intake gasket and a Turbonetics turbocharger. It also has NGK Iridium spark plugs, Spearco intercooler and Arias forged pistons.

A custom coilover suspension, clutch and JNF roll cage are part of the package, along with 18x8.5 Buddy Club P1 Racing SF Challenge Wheels. Inside it features racing seats and harnesses, Racepack IQ3 dash, reservoir shocks and an AEM wideband failsafe module.

The press release below details all modifications.
