Volvo C30 Polestar concept tackles the Nurburgring Nordschleife [video]

Features 405 hp (302 kW)

The Volvo C30 ceased production earlier this year, but that hasn't stopped Polestar from releasing a video that shows the C30 Performance concept tackling the Nürburgring in 2010.

Driven by Scandinavian Touring Car Champion Robert Dahlgren, the clip shows the model battling the green hell in less than pristine conditions. While the company declined to say how long the lap took, the car reportedly accelerates from 0-100 km/h 4.2 seconds.

As we have previously reported, the C30 Performance concept has a 2.5-liter T5 engine which has been equipped with a larger intercooler and a KKK 26 turbocharger. This enables the mill to produce 405 hp (302 kW) and 510 Nm (376 lb-ft) of torque.

The concept also features an aerodynamic body kit, Brembo brakes and Öhlins adjustable shock absorbers. Other highlights include a Haldex all-wheel drive system, Quaife limited slip differentials and 19-inch BBS wheels with Pirelli P Zero tires.
