Carlsson has introduced a new tuning program for the facelifted Mercedes GLK.
Recently introduced at the Essen Motor Show, the model has been equipped with an aerodynamic body kit that includes modified bumpers, a front lip spoiler and a chrome-plated rear diffuser. The crossover also has a stainless steel mesh grille inserts and LED daytime running lights. Customers can also order lowering springs, a sport-tuned suspension, a stainless steel sports exhaust system and 18- to 21-inch alloy wheels.
To spruce up the cabin, Carlsson offers aluminum pedals, special floor mats and illuminated door sill plates. The company can also install premium leather or Alcantara upholstery as well as wood or carbon fiber trim.
Under the hood, the GLK 220 CDI can be tuned to produce 204 HP (150 kW) and 500 Nm (368 lb-ft) of torque - an increase of 34 HP (25 kW) and 100 Nm (73 lb-ft).
