Debuts in Detroit
A purported picture of the 2015 Lexus RC F has surfaced online, ahead of its debut at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit.
Details are limited but the picture shows the model will have an aggressive front bumper, a ram air hood and extended front fenders. We can also see aerodynamic side skirts, a revised grille and unique alloy wheels.
While we cannot confirm the authenticity of the image, it closes matches up with previous teaser images of the production model.
Regardless, the RC F is expected use a 5.0-liter V8 engine that produces 460 bhp (343 kW). This could enable the coupe to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds before hitting a top speed of roughly 300 km/h (186 mph).
