A new 2013/2014 Nissan GT-R is heading our way as we speak. The release of the new model is planned for the 2nd of November and the upgraded edition will get an improved gearbox, an improved cabin with new trim and revised exterior styling. The vehicle will go on sale in Japan two weeks after the official release.
On the technical level, the Japanese manufacturer will keep the same output as the 2012/2013 model, which we drove a few months ago. The model will have a performance of 550hp and 630Nm from its 3.8 liter V6 twin-turbo engine, and not the suggested 575hp. Rumours also state that the engine will be linked to a new improved gearbox offering a launch control to 100km/h in 2.7 seconds.
The GT-R is also expected to feature new frame reinforcements and a retuned suspension for better ride comfort.
