Brabus has unveiled a new tuning program for the 2014 Mercedes S-Class. It will have its public debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show in September. It gets a dynamic appearance with the aerodynamic enhancement program.
The Brabus B63S receives a Gold Head Reflection system for the intake and charge-air pipes, two custom Brabus turbochargers with larger compressor units, a low-temperature water radiator for the intercooling stystem, a free-flow exhaust system with metal catalysts and 75 mm thick downpipes.
Brabus offers a sport exhaust system with controlled butterfly valve. Brabus designers are in the wind tunnel to develop a sporty-elegant body conversion kit. The components will be of PUR plastics or carbon fiber. Brabus offers a range of enhancements for the wheels including Monoblock alloy wheels with diameters of 19, 20 or even 21 inches.
Interior options for the new S-Class spans from scuff plates with Brabus logo to exclusive Brabus 'fine leather' interiors crafted from especially soft yet durable Brabus Mastik leather and the finest Alcantara. Inclusion includes a high-end multimedia system.
For added performance, the 4.7-liter V8 engine in the S500 can be outfitted with a 520 PowerXtra CGI performance kit which enables it to produce 520 HP (382 kW) and 820 Nm (604 lb-ft) of torque. This enables the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.2 seconds and hit a top speed of up to 300 km/h (186 mph).
S63 AMG owners can go for the 650 PowerXtra CGI package which enables the twin-turbo 5.5-liter V8 engine to serve up to 650 HP (478 kW) and 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft) of torque.
